Customer Service Representative - Identity Protection

Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

Overview

Join a growing identity protection company as an Inbound Customer Service Representative. You’ll answer customer calls, follow easy-to-use scripts for common questions and requests, and provide friendly assistance. If a customer has a more complicated issue, you’ll simply transfer the call to a supervisor who can take it from there.

Duties

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls
• Follow provided scripts to assist customers with common questions and requests
• Listen to customers and provide helpful, professional service
• Transfer more complicated calls to a supervisor when needed
• Set up callbacks or find solutions when a trainer or supervisor is assisting other customers
• Document customer interactions and call information accurately
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Participate in team meetings and review call performance metrics
