**3rd Shift Maintenance Technician – Electrical Focus**  
**10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Full-Time Direct Hire | Excellent Pay & Benefits**

Tired of day-shift traffic and looking for a solid, long-term night gig?  
We’re hiring a sharp, electrically-strong Maintenance Technician to own the overnight shift at a busy manufacturing facility. You’ll keep the plant running smoothly, tackle electrical issues head-on, and handle general facility maintenance with minimal supervision.

**What You’ll Do Every Shift**
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain 480V/277V three-phase and 120/208V single-phase systems  
- Run, bend, and install conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC—you name it) to code  
- Build, wire, and service panels, motor control circuits, and contactor logic  
- Trace down faults fast—motors, PLC I/O, sensors, lighting, you fix it  
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, HVAC, compressors, plumbing, and building systems  
- Respond to overnight calls and get things back online quickly and safely  

**What You Bring**
- Real electrical knowledge—not just “I’ve changed a breaker before”  
- 2+ years of industrial/commercial maintenance experience  
- Comfortable reading schematics, one-lines, and the NEC/NFPA 70E  
- Hands-on experience bending conduit, pulling wire, terminating panels  
- Solid mechanical skills—can swing a wrench when needed  
- Self-starter who works cleanly and safely with no babysitting  
- Can lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, crawl into tight spots, no problem  
- Valid driver’s license, clean background, able to pass a drug screen  

**Schedule & Pay**
- Sunday night – Friday morning (10 PM – 6:30 AM)  
- Overtime available
