Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, supporting production activities, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance and production records
• Utilize computer systems for data entry, production tracking, and documentation
• Organize tools, equipment, and maintenance materials
• Coordinate workflow and assist with production activities as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain a passport for potential business travel
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills for equipment operation and record management
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate work activities with other employees
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Must be flexible to work different shifts based on operational needs
