- Full-Time
- Flexibility to work other shifts as needed
What You'll Do
- Learn to operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment and production processes
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Enter production information into computer systems
- Help maintain production flow and support manufacturing operations
- Organize tools, supplies, and work areas
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- No machine operator experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain a passport for occasional future travel opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Experience using hand tools
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting experience
- PLC knowledge is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
