Salary: $70,000–$85,000 + $2,000 Signing Bonus

We are seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our client's team and grow into a leadership role overseeing branch operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to lead and manage a branch team, including training, motivating, and supporting staff
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, customer service, and overall branch performance
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
• Perform occasional delivery driving duties as needed to support branch operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role within a high-inventory field (e.g., retail, warehouse, distribution, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Must be bi-lingual in Spanish (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• No prior industry experience required—comprehensive training provided
