We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join a growing agency in the Portland metro area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a current Property & Casualty (P&C) license who is ready to help clients find insurance solutions that meet their personal and business needs.

Job Duties:

• Sell and service personal and commercial lines of insurance
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound calls
• Prepare accurate quotes, bind coverage, and process policy changes
• Maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and customer service
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
