Job Duties

• Supervise and support appliance installation technicians.
• Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and project assignments.
• Provide training on proper installation procedures and safety standards.
• Resolve escalated customer issues or technical challenges.
• Inspect completed installations for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and installation supplies.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations.
• Prepare performance reports and assist with process improvements.
