Job Title: Production Machine Mechanic (Overnight Shift)

 

Location: Richmond, VA

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: $25–$32/hour (based on experience)

 

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Production Machine Mechanic to join our overnight team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of production machinery and facility equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery including:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical components
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machines including:
  • Replacing parts
  • Gears, belts, blades, switches and more!
• Conduct light building maintenance tasks such as:
  • Fixing door knobs, sinks, and basic plumbing
  • Minor electrical repairs
  • General mechanical upkeep around the facility

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial machine maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• PLC experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
