Located in Bear Creek, WI

Salary: $20/hour

Seasonal Forklift Operator – Fast-Paced Environment

Hours: Monday – Friday,

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm

• 2nd Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am 

Pay: $25.61

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials quickly and safely

• Transport palletized goods to and from production lines and storage areas

• Maintain accurate records of material movement

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

• Assist with palletizing, staging, and wrapping products as needed

• Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced setting

• Support team members to meet or exceed daily production goals

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operation experience required (certification a plus)

• Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-volume environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on your feet

• Strong attention to detail under time pressure
