We are seeking a friendly and dependable individual to join our team in a Retail Customer Service role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer experiences, and contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information
• Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
• Assist in inventory restocking and loss prevention procedures
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Promote store products, services, and promotions
