Express Employment Professionals is hiring Farm Laborers for a local agricultural company in the Flathead Valley. This role is essential to helping process and grade potatoes to meet state standards. If you enjoy physical work, being part of a dependable team, and working outdoors—even in cooler conditions—this could be a great fit.

Position: Farm Laborer

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Saturday
Start Time: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
End Time: 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM (varies with production needs)

What You’ll Do

  • Stand at a conveyor line removing dirt and debris from potatoes to meet state grading requirements
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as shoveling and sweeping
  • Work in assembly‑style production where every team member’s attendance is essential
  • Bring your own lunch, drinks, and a strong motivation to work each day
  • Work outdoors or in Quonset huts where temperatures can be cold and doors are often open in spring
