We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Aurora, ON. This position is primarily focused on entering sales orders into our systems and includes some light reception duties, such as answering phone calls.
The role runs Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is a one-year contract. To ensure a good fit, successful candidates will participate in a paid trial week starting prior to November 3, giving both you and us an opportunity to confirm it’s the right match.
Enter and update sales orders accurately into the system
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general front desk duties
Maintain data integrity and handle confidential information with care
Cross-check and verify information for accuracy
Support other administrative or clerical tasks as needed
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working with computers and data management systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
