Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Market various insurance products and services to potential clients through various channels.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and market conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
