​What You’ll Do​

• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts in a professional manner​
• Process and review customer credit applications
• Accurately apply customer payments
• Maintain organized records of account activity and communications
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing or account discrepancies

What We’re Looking For​

• 3+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or a related field
• Strong understanding of credit and collections practices
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently​
