Technical Support Engineer

Located in Mequon, WI

Ozaukee County Technology company looking for Technical Support Engineer!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• • Perform on-site installations and trainings of Company Analytical robotics
  • Perform on-site instrument repairs and maintenance – high level of mechanical aptitude a must
  • Become an expert on our entire product line of Sample Preparation and Robotic Instruments
  • Teach customers the proper maintenance tasks to do on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, following checklists

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in closely related field. (Mechanical, electrical, chemical) 3+ Years
  • Basic chemistry laboratory skills.
  • Ability to travel 50 to 75% of time (2 – 5 days overnight trips)
  • Majority of travel within the US; International travel as required.
  • Ability to obtain a passport.
  • Hold valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
