Production Worker

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Worker for a first-shift, sit-down manufacturing position. This role involves precision assembly, inspection, deburring, packing, and order preparation using small parts.

Job Duties

• Assemble small parts accurately according to specifications
• Deburr and inspect parts using a microscope
• Pack finished products for shipment or processing
• Measure, tape, and prepare customer orders
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Ability to accurately read and use a ruler
• Ability to work with small parts and microscope equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous assembly or production experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive, detailed work throughout the shift
• Ability to use hands and fingers for small-part assembly and inspection

Schedule

• Full-time, First Shift
• Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
