We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Worker for a sit-down position involving precision assembly and quality inspection work. Enjoy a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends!

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts with precision and accuracy
• Deburr parts using a microscope for detailed inspection
• Pack finished products according to specifications
• Measure, tape, and fill customer orders
• Maintain quality standards throughout production

Requirements

• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and use a ruler accurately
• Able to sit for extended periods
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with small parts and microscope equipment
