Shipping and Materials Associate – $22/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overview

Looking for a hands-on position that combines shipping, organization, and teamwork? Join a manufacturing team where you'll help prepare outgoing orders, coordinate incoming materials, and keep products moving smoothly while gaining experience across shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

Duties

• Process outgoing shipments using a materials planning system (MRP) and verify order information for accuracy.
• Package products and prepare shipping documents according to customer and shipment requirements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including communicating with carriers and assisting with international shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and shipment schedules.
• Drive to deliver or pick up merchandise as needed.
• Cross-train with the inventory and receiving team to support daily operations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while following workplace safety procedures.
