Salary: $18-$25/hr

Our clients are apartment buildings in the greater Cleveland area looking for first-shift EXPERIENCED BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Maintenance Technician
  • Heavy Lifting
  • HVAC a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Light electrical, light plumbing
  • Painting, drywall
  • Turn Apartments
  • Groundskeeping

Pay/Shift/Location

  • Pay is $18-$24 per hour DOE
  • These are first shift positions
  • Greater Cleveland
