Schedule: 6:00 AM start time, with some overtime available

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join a busy shop. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and assemble materials according to specifications
• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding
• Cut parts using saws and various fabrication tools
• Use machines and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Strong math skills and the ability to read a ruler accurately
• Proficiency in MIG welding; Flux Core experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team
