Salary: $23-$28/hour

We are seeking a detail-driven Automotive Estimator to join our client's trusted team. You’ll be the key liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance partners—ensuring accurate repair assessments and smooth communication throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair needs
• Create precise estimates for labor and materials
• Collaborate with the Collision Center Manager to finalize work scopes
• Negotiate with insurance companies and customers
• Order parts, generate work orders, and oversee repair progress
• Maintain clear communication with customers
• Conduct quality checks and finalize paperwork

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Experience with CCC Pathways (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
