Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Verify orders for accuracy
• Import gift lists
• Data entry during downtime
• Troubleshoot client problems promptly

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment, sitting, lifting up to 5 lbs. on occasion

Experience Required:

• Familiar with Salesforce
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook

Work Schedule:

• 8:00AM - 5:00PM
