Position: Patient Relations Specialist

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Full‑time or Part‑time Morning Shift

• 7:15 AM–4:15 PM with 1‑hour lunch
• OR 7:15 AM–3:15 PM with no lunch
  Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones and schedule physical therapy appointments
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Make calls to insurance companies to verify benefits
• Assist with managing current patient files and communication
• Scan documents and complete basic office tasks
• Support providers by reviewing paperwork thoroughly and accurately
