Industrial Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment and systems are reliable, safe, and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with support from senior mechanics.
Assist with installation, adjustments, and testing of equipment to maximize efficiency.
Carry out preventive maintenance schedules that reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Accurately track work performed, parts used, and time spent.
Partner with production teams to quickly identify and solve issues.
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to optimize equipment performance.
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and tools.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to work with and move heavy equipment as needed.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
Preferred Skills
Experience in welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Compensation & Schedule
Starting pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with some flexibility depending on project needs).
