Job Description:We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (but not required).
Must be reliable and punctual.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Pay Rate: $14-$15
