Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do in This Role

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment components including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform repairs on production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging equipment, grinders, and stackers

• Support or perform installation of new machinery and equipment

• Cut, weld, and assist with light steel fabrication

• Inspect and adjust machinery as needed to ensure optimal operation

• Assist in diagnosing malfunctions and recommending solutions

• Execute preventive maintenance and respond to repair requests

• Perform other maintenance or facility-related duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Prior hands-on maintenance or mechanical repair experience

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.)

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Teachable attitude and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to read part numbers and equipment specs and maintain accurate records

• Basic math skills and ability to monitor and operate control systems
