Structural Fitter

Located in Greenville, TX

Salary: $20/hr-$26/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Structural Fitter position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Fit and assemble structural metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Use measuring tools, grinders, and tack welders to align and secure materials
• Prepare components for final welding by ensuring proper fit and alignment
• Work closely with welders and fabricators to maintain production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Experience in structural fitting, metal fabrication, or a similar role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in using grinders, measuring tools, and tack welders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and wear PPE
• Team player with a strong work ethic and focus on safety
