Structural Welder

Located in Greenville, TX

Salary: $20/hr-$28/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Structural Welder position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Weld structural components such as beams, columns, and frames
• Use MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding methods depending on the job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Operate safely in environments with heat, sparks, and heavy materials

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• 1–2 years of structural welding experience preferred
• Proficiency in MIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and welding diagrams
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, secure welds
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and follow strict safety protocols
