Sandblaster

Salary: $18/hr-$24/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Sandblaster position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Operate abrasive-blasting equipment to clean and finish metal surfaces
• Prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, and debris using sand, grit, or shot
• Ensure all surfaces meet quality standards for painting or further processing
• Use protective gear and follow all safety protocols while blasting
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience in sandblasting or industrial cleaning preferred
• Ability to handle and operate abrasive blasting equipment and air compressors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle heavy hoses, and wear PPE (respirators, gloves, goggles)
• Comfortable working in dusty and noisy environments
