We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our asphalt crew. This is a hands-on role that offers consistent work, competitive pay, overtime potential, and long-term growth opportunities within the company.
As part of the asphalt team, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, supporting paving, grading, and general labor tasks. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to build a career in construction, we’d love to hear from you!
Assist with asphalt paving and roadwork projects
Perform general labor duties including shoveling, raking, and site cleanup
Operate hand tools and small equipment as needed
Support the crew to ensure projects are completed safely and on time
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Previous construction or asphalt experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Competitive hourly pay ($16–$18/hour, depending on experience)
