Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial saw equipment (e.g., cold saws, band saws) according to specifications.
Read and interpret work orders, CAD prints, or layout sheets.
Measure and mark materials for precision cutting.
Maintain and perform routine adjustments on saw blades and related equipment.
Inspect and verify dimensions post-cut to meet tolerances.
Coordinate with manufacturing team for timely operations.
Follow strict safety protocols and keep a clean work area.
Document production and report equipment or quality issues.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Relevant experience in saw operation within a manufacturing context.
Mechanical aptitude and maintenance capability.
Validity to lift 50 lbs and sustain long periods of standing.
Safety conscious and detail-oriented.
