Bindery Operator – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Location: Lancaster, PA
Industry: Commercial Printing / Print Finishing
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience)

Are you a hands-on operator who loves working with machinery and turning raw prints into finished, high-quality products? We’re looking for an experienced Bindery Operator to join our expanding team in Lancaster, PA. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-driven, and enjoy a fast-paced environment where your work truly makes an impact—you’ll feel right at home with us.

This is a great opportunity for people with experience in commercial printing, print finishing, or bindery operations—especially those familiar with stitchers, cutters, and folders.

What You’ll Do

Set up, operate, and maintain bindery and print finishing equipment
Monitor production runs for accuracy, consistency, and quality
Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized
Support additional finishing and post-press operations as needed

MBO Folders

Experience with this equipment is a plus—but strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn go a long way.

What We’re Looking For

Basic knowledge of bindery/finishing equipment
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Strong communication and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience with Muller Martini, McCain, Polar, and/or MBO equipment
Background in commercial print production
Mechanical troubleshooting skills
