We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to clients, assist with insurance policy inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client inquiries regarding property and casualty insurance policies.
• Provide accurate information on policy coverage, billing, and claims.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Maintain and update client records in the system.
• Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and claims teams to resolve client issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
