Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm No Travel Required

Position Overview

As a Welder, you’ll be responsible for welding components in accordance with established procedures, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld materials using MIG/MMA processes
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Perform grinding and steel preheating using a torch
• Operate cranes and/or forklifts to move materials
• Perform visual welding inspections and qualification tests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or non-conformities

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure quickly and accurately
• Comfortable lifting and carrying 50+ lbs
• Able to work an 8-hour shift in a warm environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail to minimize scrap
• Prior welding experience required (MIG/MMA)
