Our office is now hiring a Territory Sales Representative to help develop relationships and new business opportunities with local employers who want to find good people! The ideal candidate for this position will be a hungry, self-starter who desires to make a difference for others. We are seeking someone who is energetic and excited to connect with companies face to face, as well as over the phone to uncover hiring needs. This role requires excellent professional business acumen, strong organizational skills and the ability to engage with gate keepers and decision makers while out in the field. 

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ year of business development experience preferred 
• 1+ year in sales focused customer service 
• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales 
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Proven independence
• Professional communication skills via phone and email correspondence
• Ability to meet sales quotas
• Contract Negotiation is highly preferred
• College Degree highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Pay: $50k-$55k base plus commission ($500-$3,000/month)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
