Turf Grass Foreman

Located in FREDERICK, MD

Salary: $28/hr-$30/hr

Our client, a leading sports field construction and maintenance company based in Maryland, is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead turf installation and maintenance teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the natural and synthetic turf industry who thrives in a leadership position and is committed to delivering high-quality results on athletic fields and recreational surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of turf installation and maintenance crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Operate and maintain turf equipment and machinery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the turf grass industry, with a focus on sports fields.
• Prior leadership or foreman experience in construction or landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of both natural and synthetic turf systems.
• Active driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
