Maintenance Technician

Express Employment Professionals are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Maintenance and Remodel Technician to help with repairs to apartments, houses, and commercial buildings.

The job is fast-paced and needs to be someone who can bring a balance of quality and speed to the position. Our ideal applicant will be proficient in the following areas: Good with basic plumbing Basic HVAC troubleshooting & repairs Very good at drywall repairs Ability to hang doors Light electrical (replace light fixture, outlets, switches) Other duties which may be physically demanding.

Pay is  20-24/HR based on Experience Applicants MUST have a valid DL, and prior verifiable work experience in at least some of these areas listed.

  Hours: 8am-6p (Rotating every 4-6 weeks on call).

 Job Duties: When apartments are not being prepared, we are looking for someone who can help out with ongoing repairs for tenants and homeowners. Applicants must have the ability to be on call periodically for after-hours emergencies. A typical business day is 8-4 pm Monday through Friday, but weekend work is sometimes required based on workload or weather conditions (i.e. snow removal).
