We are seeking Firewatch Associates for an upcoming industrial project in Morrilton, AR. This is a short-term opportunity for dependable individuals who are safety-focused and able to remain alert throughout their shift.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts
• Project begins in September (exact dates to be announced)
• Approximately one week in duration

Job Description:

• Monitor hot work areas for potential fire hazards.
• Watch for sparks, flames, and unsafe conditions during welding, cutting, and grinding operations.
• Ensure fire extinguishers and safety equipment are readily available.
• Maintain constant surveillance of assigned work areas.
• Communicate hazards or emergencies immediately to supervisors.
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Complete required documentation as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to pass required site safety training and safety tests prior to assignment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to remain attentive and focused for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment.
• Previous industrial, construction, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must meet prescreening requirements.
