The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly through efficient handling of mail, invoices and balancing activities. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in an organized and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain records and databases.
• Complete weekly balancing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• SAP experience is a Plus!
