Concrete General Laborer

 

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring candidates with General Labor experience for a local company in the South Dade area. The ideal candidate is physically fit, dependable, and experienced in concrete work and site preparation. This is a full-time position with overtime availability and long-term employment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Clean and prepare job sites; set braces and concrete forms; remove rubble, debris, and waste materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Prepare and finish concrete surfaces including leveling, smoothing, and texturing on projects such as floors, sidewalks, roads, and curbs
  • Operate hand and power tools as well as special construction equipment to stabilize concrete forms and complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions; ability to lift at least 75 lbs and perform physical labor including bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday | Full Time | Overtime Available
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour plus potential overtime | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in concrete work, general labor, or construction required; ability to prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces
  • Proficient in the operation of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
  • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs; physically capable of performing demanding labor including climbing, bending, stooping, and working outdoors in various conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately; strong work ethic and commitment to safety on the job site
