Heavy Equipment Operators Wanted – Multiple Equipment Types

We are hiring experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operators for full-time construction, groundwork, grading, paving, and site development work. This is an excellent opportunity for operators looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to put their equipment experience to work.

Pay: DOE and equipment proficiency
Schedule: Monday–Saturday
Hours: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Equipment Operator Positions

We are interested in candidates with experience operating one or more of the following:

• Heavy construction equipment
• Motor graders / rough-grade equipment
• Backhoes
• Bobcats / skid steers
• Bulldozers / push dozers
• Asphalt pavers
• Self-propelled rollers
• Asphalt and non-asphalt rollers
• Concrete grinders
• Milling machines
• Concrete finishing machines
• Grade and paving equipment

What You'll Do

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active construction and groundwork projects. Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include grading, paving, excavation, earthmoving, compaction, site preparation, concrete work, asphalt work, and general equipment operation.

Operators will perform routine equipment inspections, follow jobsite safety procedures, communicate with supervisors and crew members, and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Previous heavy equipment or construction equipment operating experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, following safety requirements, working around active construction crews, and maintaining a dependable work schedule.

Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment is a strong plus and may qualify candidates for higher starting pay.
