Now Hiring: Electrician I – $41.54/hr (Swing Shift Preferred)

We are seeking skilled electricians to join our team. Swing shift is the most desirable shift, but candidates must be flexible and able to work all shifts.

Electrician I

Wage: $41.54/hr

Basic Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon Manufacturing Plant Journeyman License or higher, or ability to obtain prior to hire

• Ability to work all shifts and required overtime

• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical assessment

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods, bend, stoop, twist, squat, kneel, and work in awkward positions

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (power distribution, motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, etc.)

  • Computer systems (CMMS) to utilize work order systems (track/complete work orders)

  • Working independently or under supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• PLC programming skills

• Experience with AutoCAD, Maximo, SLC 500, PLC V and/or ControlLogix

• Industrial environment experience

Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME)

Wage: TBD

Responsibilities:

• Assist Journeyman Electricians with equipment maintenance

• Troubleshoot and solve problems under supervision

• Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance as needed

• Use measurement and test equipment accurately

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete assigned tasks

• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records and paperwork

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Limited Maintenance Electrician in Oregon

• Basic knowledge of test meters, boilers, air compressors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Experience in field prep (shop math, basic measuring tools, print reading, conduit bending)

• Proficiency with common hand tools

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent safety record

• Ability to work at heights and in hot/dusty environments

• Must be able to work days, swing, or graveyard shifts with required overtime
