Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. This role involves supporting all aspects of concrete pouring, setting, finishing, and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and dismantling of concrete forms, rebar, and other materials.

• Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete for various construction projects.

• Operate power tools and hand tools including saws, vibrators, screeds, and trowels.

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.

• Smooth and level surfaces using various finishing tools.

• Follow proper safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Assist concrete finishers and foremen with tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete or general construction labor is preferred.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

• Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment is a plus.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Must be a team player and take direction well.
