Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator for a well-established ag company. This is contract with potential for long term employment. If you're someone who excels in communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Schedule estimates and service appointments via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Maintain and update client and job data in CRM software
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, solutions-focused manner
  • Prepare and edit correspondence via email and phone
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist with light HR-related tasks as needed
  • Adapt to evolving processes and job duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
  • Proficient with computer tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Facebook, and Yelp
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be flexible and able to retain large amounts of information quickly
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
  • Experience in construction or home services industries is a plus
