Express is seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Repair Technician/Fence Installer to join our team. This position will be customer-facing, working on both residential (80%) and commercial (20%) projects. You’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of fences, gates, and related structures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to job sites to perform fence installation and repair work.

• Work directly with customers to assess project needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.

• Install and repair a variety of fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, etc.).

• Perform welding and minor fabrication when required.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to project specifications.

• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at each site.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fence installation and/or repair required.

• Basic welding skills and knowledge of metal fabrication preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites daily.
