We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Referral Specialist to support individuals seeking energy assistance. You’ll assist clients by phone and email, provide accurate referrals using a national database, and document interactions with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English
• Offer information and referrals using database tools
• Maintain accurate records and protect client confidentiality
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stay current on internal procedures and updates

Requirements:

• Customer service or call center experience (Preferred)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional under pressure
