Pay: $28–$35/hr ($60,000–$72,000+/year; higher pay rates may be considered for qualified candidates)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overview

Join a commercial construction team working on a major 3-story senior care facility with underground parking and ground-level construction. This is a hands-on Foreman role focused on wood framing, rated wall assemblies, commercial construction, and keeping the project moving safely, efficiently, and up to code.

This is a full-time position with an estimated 2-year project commitment, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term project where they can take ownership and see the work through from start to finish.

 

Duties

• Oversee daily construction activities and crew productivity
• Lead quality control and quality assurance efforts
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Ensure accurate dimensioning, layout, and installation
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and daily site activities
• Plan and schedule daily work based on project needs
• Track materials, deliveries, and inventory
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and conduct toolbox talks
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management
• Supervise, mentor, and support construction crews
• Complete daily logs and maintain accurate project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction
