Join a growing team in Deerfield, WI, building high-quality custom wood displays for nationally recognized brands like Culver's, Starbucks, and UW Credit Union. This is an opportunity to work in a family-owned, team-oriented environment that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Pay: $18–20/hour

Schedule: 

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Enjoy every Friday afternoon off.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors to understand project goals and timelines.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood displays according to client specifications.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Work with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to take precise measurements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
