Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and maintain client financial information, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investment holdings.

• Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate client situations, identify gaps, and propose areas of improvement.

• Research investment products, insurance solutions, tax considerations, and market trends to support financial plan development.

• Assist financial advisors in creating customized financial plans aligned with clients’ short-term and long-term objectives.

• Model various financial planning scenarios and illustrate potential outcomes for clients.

• Prepare clear, comprehensive financial planning reports that include recommendations, risk assessments, and projections.

• Collaborate closely with advisors to ensure recommendations are practical, accurate, and client-focused.

• Attend client meetings with advisors to provide technical support, clarify plan details, and answer questions.

• Address client concerns regarding financial strategies and plan recommendations with professionalism and accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing disclosures, forms, and other compliance-related documentation.

• Leverage financial planning software and tools to input data, run analyses, and generate reporting deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, NaviPlan) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to advisors and clients
