Parts Specialist – Automotive Inventory and Customer Support

In this role, you’ll manage inventory, source and order parts, provide pricing estimates, and make sure our customers—both internal and external—get what they need quickly and accurately. If you love staying organized, solving problems, and being the go-to person for all things parts-related, you might be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize in-store parts inventory
• Use computer systems to locate and track parts availability
• Order out-of-stock or specialty parts through trusted suppliers
• Provide cost and availability estimates to customers and team members
• Prepare and manage purchase orders for parts and supplies
• Assist with invoicing and processing customer or supplier payments
• Communicate clearly with technicians and service writers to ensure smooth operations
• Stay updated on product availability, part numbers, and pricing changes
