QA/QC Associate
Pay: $20–$25/HR (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – Until Work is Completed
Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:

Local chocolate manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Associate to support our commitment to crafting exceptional, high-quality chocolate products. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment—ideal for someone with prior QA/QC experience, preferably in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process

• Accurately complete and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports

• Identify and report deviations or non-conformities

• Work closely with production and sanitation teams to ensure food safety standards are upheld

• Support audits and inspections as needed

• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and other food safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control required

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to accurately complete forms and maintain documentation

• Knowledge of food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP, etc.) a plus

• Comfortable working on your feet in a production setting
