Assembly Associate - 3rd Shift

10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.30/hour

Join our automotive manufacturing team producing high-quality parts for automotive clients using advanced welding machines and robotics technology. Night shift premium pay included.

Responsibilities

• Produce automotive parts at scheduled jobs per hour (JPH) rates
• Lift and place automobile parts on jigs for robotic welding
• Operate welding machines and robotics equipment
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Maintain safe and clean work environment following 5S principles
• Follow written operational standards and processes

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently
• Must stand, walk, and bend throughout entire shift
• Knowledge of current machinery and equipment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and departments
