Assembly Associate

We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team on third shift. This position involves assembly, machine operation, quality inspections, and production support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Job Duties

• Assemble components and products according to established work instructions and production requirements
• Load and position parts on fixtures and production equipment as required
• Operate manufacturing equipment and automated production machinery
• Meet hourly production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects and verify product quality
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately
• Follow written work instructions, operational standards, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace standards
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
• Ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, and other departments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and perform material handling duties

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Third Shift
• Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
